SCHOOLS, DEPARTMENTS AND COURSES Details

The University College of Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam is divided into fourteen Schools. Each School is headed by a Dean. The constituent departments of these Schools offer courses that are related to the respective faculties. In tune with the objectives, the University is offering many courses that are job-oriented, professional and applied in nature. However, keeping in view the need to have some basic courses that could be complementary to the applied courses, the University is now launching new courses of basic nature.

Medium of instruction: The medium of instruction is English.

FOUNDATION COURSES

Students admitted into all the courses in the university will be required to undertake four foundation courses spread over the four semesters.
Semester I : Communicative Skills
Semester II : Computer Applications
Semester III : Women’s Studies/HIV/AIDS
Semester IV : Environmental Science/Education
