Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (Women's University) is competent to grant affiliation of new colleges or institutions established in the State of A.P. as it is a statewide University . The organizations/societies/ Institutions of A.P. intending to get affiliation of this university for their colleges may send the profile of their organizations/societies/ Institutions along with filled in prescribed application to the undersigned on or before 28.02.2007. Prescribed application can be obtained from the undersigned on sending a Demand Draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of the undersigned. The details, rules and regulations and conditions governing affiliation can also be seen in the website of the University www.padmavatiwomen-univ.org or can be obtained by post.

• Affiliation can be granted only to Women's Colleges (Degree, P.G. and Professional)
• Affiliation is subject to rules and regulations of the University and Government that are made from time to time

If any college or institution is already affiliated to or recognized or maintained by any other University in the State, such college or institution can also be affiliated subject to the condition of prior approval of the Government and the University concerned and the management of the college or institution concerned.
